I have a desk job as well. It certainly makes it hard to feel active, but not sure if you can get up every hour but that seems to help me a little. You can do this!

I love BB and am doing MBF. The workouts are fantastic IF you can also keep your nutrition in focus. That's the hardest part for me. I've done T25 (love Shaun T), T20, part of 80 Day Obsession, MBF/A, 10 Rounds, Liift4 (absolute favorite).

I have found my people! I eat ice cream even when standing in -40 degree weather. I make room for it in my nutrition ;) Hershey's Midnight Caramel River is my absolute favorite. I mean CMON... look at it!!
