Unhealthy living/ eating has become the norm. So ppl are very uncomfortable with accepting that something so "normal" isn't really okay/healthy or normal at all. ...and it's become politically incorrect to refer to crap food as unhealthy. Because a person of a normal weight is ABSOLUTELY healthy?

Hand ful of Almonds mini packs! 200 calories each! I love almonds and if I buy a bag, it's hard for me to control myself. Their premade turkey n Swiss wrap is yummy. Less than 450 calories. Unsweetened almond milk- 30 calories for a whole cup! Perfect. Feta and Gorgonzola in small tubs, perfect for topping salads

Good question. The issue with eating at such a huge deficit is that you may get ravenously hungry and binge. Especially if you have a history of over eating. Raise it to 1500-1800?... At 320 you will still lose at a nice pace. Don't rush the process. Good luck!

I've learned that my hunger is satisfied relatively easily. I don't need to stuff myself... Feeling full isn't a good feeling for me anymore.

It's a cheap scale. Get a new one ... OR Make sure you weigh on a completely flat surface. Not on carpet or uneven hardwood.

Not possible hun. You'd be burning nearly 500 on that much exercise leaving only 500 to use throughout the day for simple body function. Your deficit would be very high and you'd definitely not gain. How long have you been doing the 1000 cals a day?

Intervention and 600 lb life are mirrors of each other. Nobody would ever say those on inhervention are using their sexual abuse as an excuse yet 80% of those folks have abuse history. That type of obesity is not the result of just shear laziness alone. It is not.
