I've fallen off the wagon
Looking back at my diary for this week I've been eating terribly. Fast food galore, sugar packed juices... I had Popeyes you guys?! The horror... I've been doing this since February and I'm losing my wind. What do you do to kick yourself back into gear?

I'm too big to be losing weight this slowly!
I've lost 13 lbs in 9 weeks which is rougly 1.5 a week... Which is a steady pace but at 300 lbs 5'7 and 25, I feel that is too slow. Don't very overweight people lose weight faster? I've set MFP to 2 lbs a week and lightly active. Gives me 2020...

When my TDEE decreases ...
I'm afraid I'm gonna be famished! Right now my TDEE is very high, about 3000. Once I knock off another 40 lbs, it's going to drop. If my TDEE is less calories, and technically I "need" less calories, will I be less hungry too? Throughout your own weight loss, was this the case?

Would you classify running as just cardio?
It's a full body workout (kinda) but in your opinion does running help maintain some lean muscle mass in the process of losing?

How do you avoid weekend gluttony
I still came in about 1000 calories under my goal intake for the week but I went cray yesterday with booze and wings. Then ate a polish at like 2am. And I met my goal for today, it's only 6pm! Do you meal prep? Pre-log? Just let er rip on weekends?

Subway or McDonald's
Because as far as calories, it's a pretty even trade. A double cheeseburger is 420 and a 6 inch turkey with cheese is 390. Gotta admit, the subway is little more filling tho

7 lb loss in first week. Then 2lbs all month?!
Boy oh boy... Just venting. I'll be purchasing a food scale this weekend. In my first week I was wayyy restrictive. Averaging 1300cals a day. I love that MFP allows you to see each week on a bar graph. Very helpful. Guess I'll go back to meal prepping

Trainer said start taking a diet pill
Lmfaooo. I will NOT be paying him... Glad I spoke with him extensively before starting sessions. He said use a sauna suit while running (wtf) and start a fat burning diet pill. And also that I have about 30 lbs of water weight to lose .......... No thanks.

Lose 10 lbs, Gain 15... Rinse, repeat
This has happened to me a few times. Is it all in my head? It's like how did I maintain at 250 for a year, lose 10 lbs then once returning to my old eating habits, my weight jumps to 265...
