Subway or McDonald's

Because as far as calories, it's a pretty even trade. A double cheeseburger is 420 and a 6 inch turkey with cheese is 390.
Gotta admit, the subway is little more filling tho

Whichever you like better or you want more at this time *shrug*0

I choose Subway in this instance. To me a 6 inch turkey with cheese would be a lot more satisfying than a double cheeseburger. If you had compared subway to maybe, a ten piece nugget I might choose the nuggets though, since I love me some mcnuggets :-P0

I went for the subway. This time.
Won't make any promises for the future choice0 -
neither lol
i do like mcd chicken wraps, though0 -
Subway, There are less preservatives in the food than in McDonalds which makes it easier for you to digest.0

Not a big fan of most things McDonalds has to offer, but I do like Subway for the most part. Ever since I was little I was a fan of the veggie subs... not to watch my calories or because I'm a vegetarian (I'm not), but for the taste. Most people think I'm weird for that. ''How are you going to get full with no meat?!" To each his own!0

McD's would have more fat and probably more protein so I'd probably go for that one, eat it slowly, enjoy a salad with it for more volume.0

Double cheeseburger please. Or the turkey. Oh gosh I can't decide. Can you do both??0

lol that's what she said. But the whole digestion thing is 100% hooey.0 -
considering most foods are processed in some manner, its probably a draw. their (subway) meats arent exactly roasted and carved there LOL

I think you're right about that. It's not like anybody went out and caught the turkeys.0 -

Taco Bell..0

If I wanted to keep it around 400 calories, I would get the Subway - with double veggies.

Now, I do love Taco Bell, though I don't eat it often. Grandpa used to love Taco Bell and called it "Two four letter words". We went there often. Man, I miss him!0 -
So I don't eat out much but occasionally get a Subway. Most recently I had their Monterey Chicken Melt and it was fabulous. Ok, maybe I was really hungry...but for 360 calories, I thought it was worth it. Next time, I'm adding some avocado.0

Gotta go with the subway;
Foot long meat ball marinara meatball with cheese.. yum0 -
Subway. Not a fan of Mcdonalds food =/0

This is actually what everyone should be getting instead:
has bacon in there btw. and pickles. and onions and mayo.

Subway. I worked for McDonald's when I was a student. I won't eat there now lol.
Honestly just go with what you really fancy. :-)0 -
Might as well go with the Denny's Grand Slam Platter!!! Try Chik Fil A. Are you dieting? Are you maintaining? Or are you just wondering which one we all would choose? I would go with Subway but I would skip the bread, meat, and any of the fixin's. Wrapper only please.
If I was not trying to watch calories I would have gone with Micky D's Two Fish Sandwiches with cheeze, about 12 packets of ketchup, and a large fry, extra salt packets, and a hot apple turnover. I remember the caramel sundays were pretty tasty too to wash down the food. And of course, I would get the Diet Coke.0 -
I prefer Mcdonald's. I get a quarter pounder with no cheese, 24 g protein. Sometimes a small fry, sometimes not.0
