This is less about Kelly Clarkson (could be anybody really) and more about ditching our excuses as to why we are where we are. It's a mental game, not about trainers and personal chefs. Lol. This is soooo extra. I live in Chicago, have for over 25 yrs... It's May and 50 degrees. We barely even get above 85... It's hot and humid but it's really not that bad lol. The cold/cool days farrrr outweigh the hot ones. We didn't use our AC once last summer. Ceiling fans and open windows.

Depo doesn't make you gain weight but it makes you ravenous. Everybody I've ever known gained 20 to 40 lbs on it. My nurse told me she alwayssss sees women gaining ugly amounts of weight on it. Skip it, go to Orals

You absolutely MUST NOT shower with cold water. Only hot. If you want to use cold, it must be a bath. But no cold showers! It destroys your metabolism!

:) :) :) :) :) Well you can't see "damage" on the scale the same day (definitely not fat gained). And depending on your TDEE 3000 could be not so bad. Get back to balanced eating tomorrow and keep your fingers cross that there's no gain in the few days

I remember weighing 190 at 5'7 but wearing an 18... I got up to 250 and could still wear an 18-20... Bodies are strange.

This! They're all inaccurate. Exercise and don't eat back in you can bear it! If not add 100 cals at a time on days you're working out so ensure you're not eating back a bunch of calories that you never really burned
