Quick workouts?

howdy I am an active person, always on my feet at work and running around doing things after work, I am looking for a quick work out to give my weight loss a boost that I can actually keep up with, any help would be appreciated!

    Do you have stairs available? Climbing stairs burns more calories than just walking.

    They've posted a sign at the bottom of the flight of stairs to my floor indicating that if I climb all 5 flights up to where I work, I will burn 30 cal. Today I did that in the morning and again when I returned to work at lunch. I didn't record them ... for now, they'll be bonus calories.

    I also have a garden full of short flights of stairs at home, and I have gone out and jogged up and down and up and down for 30 min or so.
