In all seriousness, it was definitely a combination of muscle gain as well as starvation mode. Also, you definitely have insulin resistance now. You will now gain weight no matter what you do.
You have to cut out all carbs, sugar, dairy, meat, nuts, legumes, fish and fruit. Also, definitely do the Super Master Awesome Explosive Clean 2.154. It will change your life.0 -
