I started at 285, got down to 275... Then ballooned up to 315 over the course of about a year. I'm taking it slow this time around, and really maintaining the frame of mind that my way of life must change. It's hard. Harder? Not really. Maybe it feels harder cuz you're doing right this time!

Well you'll definitely lose weight... It's not hard to drop lbs pretty quickly on low carb. The problem is for most ppl it's too restrictive and not sustainable. It's a quick fix but after you have some pasta again, the weight comes flooding back. Slow and steady wins the race!

You only eat 1400 and your run 4-6 days a week? Are you losing weight? The TDEE of 2600 means you should be able to eat about that many calories daily and maintain at your current weight.

Lmfaooo. It wasn't a real survey for what I should get. I said in my original post the subway IS more filling, "is" being present tense. I just found it super interesting that they were almost the same calories... I decided to post this after I logged it all in.
