If that's your thing, by all means. There is some science that supports taking an ice bath after an endurance event, but if you like a cold shower, go for it.0

You absolutely MUST NOT shower with cold water. Only hot. If you want to use cold, it must be a bath. But no cold showers! It destroys your metabolism!0

I have actually read before that a cold shower after a workout can shock the system or some crap, maybe that's where this is coming from. I do it now and then and I'm fine...0
