My old workout was just running at least 3 miles 3 times a week. Now my new goal is to push myself to include 2 days of the insanity workout cardio. It's hard on days I am not motivated.

I have been using map my fitness. There are probably better ones out there but it works for running and for logging in my cross training with my hrm and it was free.
