Whenever the topic of pant size would come up I would say 36. Then I had to go shopping for a wedding, grab 36 and couldn't even try to get em on. 38 I ripped trying on, couldn't fit in the 40 either so I bought the 36 and hoped that by the wedding I'd fit into them.

I love propel water that is what gets me through the day. My rule is don't drink my calories but if I find that at the end of the day I have some left then I can have a snack and drink a iced tea or something along those lines. But there are some great alternatives to water that are low calorie.

Just in regards to personal loss, yeah I eat 1200 while not weighing and actually counting everything (as stated like pam) so I figured that would go up closer to my target set by MFP. I was more so curious for future of plateau if everyone plateau's or if only people with high caloric intake hit a plateau.
