Personally, I don't eat back my burned calories. I live a pretty sedentary life outside of the gym and don't get to the gym as often as I'd like so when I do have a large calorie burn, I don't replace it. If you're always moving, you might want to.

I believe that if you are going to take a supplement for something specific, you should also be putting in all of the work behind the scenes to use it as a benefit and not a crutch. Example: people taking exogenous ketone supplements when they don't even eat a keto diet (and other situations similar).

It's not a meal, but I make chocolate almond butter fat bombs to up my fat intake if needed. 1/2 cup almond butter, 1/2 cup coconut oil, 2 tbsp 100% cocoa powder or chips (no sugar), 3 tsp Pyure (or stevia, erithrytol). Melt it all together in a pan and pour into silicone candy molds or silicone ice tray. :)

I use a splash of low sodium chicken stock sometimes (still have to count it but it is less than oil). Just watch for when it evaporates and add a teeny more. :)

It happened to me as well...maybe not quite as severe but since I've been eating clean, if I have any greasy foods at all I get sick. Stomach cramps and the whole bit. I think our bodies get used to the healthier things and when we put crap in it, it gets angry (:D). Technically, it should just tell us how horribly we were…

I live in mine. I LOVE it. The only thing I can't figure out about it is it alerts me if I get a call but it's also suppose to alert me for texts and does not. I haven't researched yet but I'm hoping to figure that out sometime soon. Love that it has the exercise real time option so you can see calories burned, time, and…

Give yourself a range that you can be happy with. If you're happy at 125, then give yourself a "happy range" of 120-130. As long as you're within those bounds you can be happy with your achievements and continue to improve/maintain. If you're getting closer to/ over 130 THEN you can evaluate what you can improve. If you…

I have the iPhone app as well and I don't have the steps option unless there is one in between the settings and steps. I go to settings and steps isn't in my list.

Sitting on the couch eating chips and watching the biggest loser and feeling sorry for myself day after day. It was exhausting.

My app has recorded it but i know it isn't connected to my computer yet so I'll do that tomorrow and try again. I lost my fit bit for a while and just found it two days ago so I hadn't had a chance yet. Thanks for the help!!

I just had my second baby and gained 80 lbs or so YIKES. I'm ready to be healthy and feel great so I'm in a similar boat. :) Good luck with both the baby and the weight loss. Just remember, love who you are and that will motivate you to continue to improve. :)
