Hello,
I connected my FitBit to MyFitnessPal app last night and it shows the 0 fitbit steps on the top of my home page. It's almost 5 and i've been walking around all day. Is there something I may have connected incorrectly? Does anyone know a solution??
Thanks!

You have to sync your fitbit to your phone or computer for the steps to show up on MFP.0

First, Check to make sure the app in MFP is still connected..
Secondly, do you have "allow adjustments" set in MFP? MFP tracks calories, steps and sleep minutes...
Go to Diary, Settings and click the "allow adjustments" check box.
Edited to add: I use PC and mine syncs automatically when I am near the "receiver".. can you do a manual sync for the phone "app"..0 -
Gia I am connected but how to I allow adjustments?0

the first thing to check is that Fitbit.com has received the data from your Fitbit.0

My app has recorded it but i know it isn't connected to my computer yet so I'll do that tomorrow and try again. I lost my fit bit for a while and just found it two days ago so I hadn't had a chance yet. Thanks for the help!!0

Did you check MFP's app in the settings to make sure you chose your Fitbit to count the steps?
I have the iphone app and you would do -
More > Settings > Steps > then choose your device.0 -
I have the iPhone app as well and I don't have the steps option unless there is one in between the settings and steps. I go to settings and steps isn't in my list.0

It may have to do with me not syncing to my computer yet.0

Wait. My bad! Take out the settings part. It should be:
More > Steps > Pick your device.
The steps option is under reminders - 6th option down after you go to More.0
