@ihatetodietalways i do notice slight changes in my hormonal behaviour. I tend to be aggitated easier and i sometimes really need to workout to have an output.

If you do intensive sporting, stay away from keto diets. just saying. It's better to have something like 40/40/20, where 20% is the fat percentage.

take something that is healthy enough so you can eat some of it when you have the desire to eat. Don't overeat fruit, it's still packed with sugars. Take veggies like tomato, broccoli, carrot, cucumber :smile:

Thank you all, as i'm having a 40% carbs, 40% proteine, 20% fat schema, i try to not go to low to prevent eating rampages and unexpected cravings. I'm going to stop worrying about a 50g carb deficit and replace my rice with some pasta occasionally to make sure it doesnt get out of control. Most people are having problems…
