Ready, set, ignition.
Having been a professional personal trainer prior to July 2016 i suffered a burnout and ended up 45kg overweight in the 4 year timespan that followed. Everytime i wanted to start something caused me to fail miserably. Needless to say my most recent attempt prior to my current one was just when corona struck our country.…

A new day, dont we all want that?
Let me give you, reader, a bit of insight on the struggles of who i really am and if you can find yourself in this or maybe completely dont, please leave a comment to break the cycle of people taking their problems and enduring them all in silence. I'm opening up a small book here, sorry if it may come out as drama, but…

Binging...
Ok i'll keep it simple, how do you deal with this? I eat clean, i measure what i eat and eat 2400kcal a day (measured my goals with TDEE from IIFYM). Every now and then (more often than "its ok to binge now and then"), i get uncontrollable binges. I used to be addicted to sugar in 2014 (so its been a while). I ate cookies,…

MyFitnessPal cant count...
Ok, consider these facts: 1 proteine = 4kcal 1 fat = 9kcal 1 carb = 4kcal My goals are 2250kcal, based on 141g carbs, 88g fat, 225g proteins. Adding it all up: 141g carbs * 4 = 564kcal 88g fat * 9 = 792kcal 225g proteines * 4 = 900kcal Total kcal: 900+792+564 = 2256kcal. So far so good right, the difference of 6kcal on my…

Keto diets, your opinion please!
Anyone tried it in comparison with very intensive sporting? I sport daily, did a high carb, low fat diet for a while and that worked "reasonably" well. Want to switch to a keto diet (less than 50 carbs per day, 60% fats), to see the change in results. I've red in several sources that science actually proved keto diets work…
