I've been using Roxy Lean for quite some time, it gives me awesome results, but it also has some nasty side effects.
The pros
1. Suppresses hunger, which is good if you measure food
2. It gives me about a 15-20% better performance in weight training
3. Increases your metabolism, active component is based on caffeine
Cons are that the niacin component in the pill can cause redness of the skin / rash for 2-3 hours, happens to me 2-3 per month. Its good for the skin (niacin detoxes the body), but it feels bad.
What supplements do you use, would you advise to use them or advice against them?
