Next to my vigorous training and diet schedule, i'm going to try and complete a 7 day challenge every other week.

My 2 upcoming challenges are:

21-3/27-4: Add an extra 1 hour of cardio every day, next to my 5 regular trainings.

4-4/10-4: Do 30 concurrent pushups, 3x12 inversed situps and 3x30 sec prone bridges per day.

I challenge you to join me!!

It doesn't even have to be recurring, only if you take up one challenge for 7 days, you'd end up more awesome than you are today!
