Nope, because you can't be sure you're putting the exact same amount of food in the cups and spoons each time.

Pretty sure that no one "attacked" you and your comments have been more aggressive than anyone else's. Tight logging and a food scale are the only things that will work if you're not losing weight. How can you be sure you're "doing the exact same thing" as last year if you didn't weigh your food then and you're not doing…

Pretty sure that 10 days doesn't equal two weeks. Also, a loss is always a good thing. Depending on your current weight and how much you need/want to lose will determine the appropriate rate of lose for a person.

WOW! Way to go!!
-
On top of being more patient, your user name is telling me the state of mind you're currently in...
-
Bahaha hilarious! In ten years I hope to be doing the same thing too!!
-
No. If you want something make it fit in your daily calories. What? Just No!
-
This isn't a scientific study.
-
Yes I was. If you weren't talking about eating over your calorie limit then please explain how eating dairy impedes weight loss or makes you gain weight?
-
Well duh, anytime you eat too much (read: eat over your calorie allotment) it impedes your weight loss.
-
Well when people start restricting and cutting things out that's when the unhealthy relationship usually starts so, I'm all for @abatonfan 's train of thought.
-
You're in a caloric deficit if you're losing weight.
-
You're probably more hungry because you deprived yourself for 6+ weeks.
-
I think he's asking why he's more hungry eating more now than when he was eating less.
-
I'd feel horrible telling someone they need to eat more to lose weight since if they ate more they're going to gain more and be even more unhappy.
-
Same here, and for whatever reason veggies usually leave me feeling more hungry than I was before I ate them. Raw veggies that is.
-
It's about the amount of what you eat.
-
I've never been a drinker of regular pop, always liked diet better. I have one or two cans a day. Not giving it up.

What hasn't been linked to cancer?
-
Yep not syncing at all
-
Got rid of FB 5 years ago and haven't looked back!
-
No, in fact if I'm feeling hungry (read: bored) at work and water isn't cutting it I have a diet pop and that'll keep me going until it's time for a snack or lunch time.
-
Yes you are and have much to learn about weight loss. The reason people post what they do is because there is science to prove that what others try and advocate on these boards simply isn't true. I'd advise you to stick around if you really want to become knowledgeable.

All seasons!! :)
-
Yes but that can be reversed if you work hard enough. Heart damage cannot be reversed.
-
How? I'm totally serious, I'd really love to know how your body knows the difference between sugar and sugar.
-
I try and log on vacation yes, I actually enjoy logging, it's not a chore or bothersome for me.
-
I think you're on to something Quik :p I thought so!
-
Fair enough, just wanted to make sure because there are a lot of people who correlate skinny with healthy and that's not always the case :)

If he's eating the same amount of calories how would he have lost more weight?
