I use protein, peanut butter, banana, and egg whites to make a protein pancake. With a few strawberries with it, it's super good and only about 120 calories total.

I use a muffin pan and bake 2 slices of ham as the cups, filled with either a sliver of avocado or cheese (depending on your diet preference) and then crack an egg on top and bake. It is good either cold or reheated. I've kept them in a plastic bag in my fridge for up to a week.
