Depending on your toppings, this pizza is around 500 calories
for the WHOLE thing. Favorite weekend food, and good reheated.

That looks good, but if that crust is made with eggs and/or cauliflower, it's more of a frittata than a pizza.

For sure! You can add whatever toppings you like, as for the protein powder, I just use my Cellucor Whey Protein, any flavor really. It turns out tasting like sweet bread.

    Ingredients
    CRUST:
    6 eggs, separated
    ½ tsp cream of tartar
½ cup Jay Robb unflavored egg white Or whey protein
3 oz cream cheese, softened (OR reserved yolks if dairy free)
    Spices (if desired)

    Instructions
-Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
-Separate the eggs and whip the whites and cream of tartar until very stiff. Slowly sift in the protein powder to the whites.
-Using a spatula, gently fold the cream cheese (or reserved yolks if dairy free) into the whites.
-Spray a lasagna pan or cast iron skillet with coconut oil spray and spoon the mixture into it.
    -Bake for 18 minutes.
-Remove from oven and top with your favorite toppings (eliminate cheese if dairy free). Return to oven and bake until cheese melts and starts to brown.

After you bake it, the crust comes out to be about 2-3 inches thick.

    interesting…

honestly, I would rather make my own with thin crust and comes in at 1400 calories for the whole thing which is 8 slices so about 175 a slice…and I make mine with mozzarella, feta, chicken, and pineapple….

Feta and pineapple is one of the best combos on pizza ever....I like it with some jalapeno also sometimes

This protein crust does sound more like a frittata, but I love eggs with cheese and I'm sure it's tasty
