I'm on 1210....5'4.25 age 27 started at 192 now at 187.4... The key is exercise.. If I know it's something I want that I'm not suppose to have I double my exercise. I've never gone into the red... The more active you are the more calories you can intake..

I found that ghiradelli dark chocolate works, it's filling and it's beneficial health wise. I eat a square or two and cravings disappear. I don't even like dark chocolate but hey it works.. 72% cocoa and 67 cals a square..

Im not good with early morning so I really just need to replace breakfast.. I don't too much care for breakfast foods except bacon and sausage so I need an healthier approach to breakfast... And some lunches

Im at 1210 but the thing is your intake goes up as you workout.. You can easy double that as long as you double your workout... So if I eat 1210 I need to burn 2420 to make a difference..

Im on a low cal diet but I found that eating for your blood type helps! I've struggled for years and it seemed the harder I tried the worse I made it but I think I made a breakthrough with blood type eating..Hope everything works out for you! Good Luck

I have short term will power.. If I don't see close to instant progress or have someone motivate me to keep going other than myself, I will just give up for awhile, get depressed and there goes a extra 15lbs from eating my sorrows away..

I wear a curves spandex suit, it fits around the belly up to the bra line, all the way down to the knees... It works if you can deal with the sweat. You'll literally be soaked under that thing but it's heat stroke chances are slim to none..stay hydrated..

I'm a baker! I love baking sweets, but I love to eat them even more, that's my biggest problem.. If I treat myself to sweets, I normally double one of my exercises. So if I eat 200 calories of sweets, I'll burn 400 calories just for the sweets.. Doc said its not what you eat but how much of it you ate compared to how much…

Add me please. Needing motivational friends, I broke my ankle last July and still trying to recover from that. I'm 27, standing at 5'4, weighing in at 192 lbs
