Im in the same boat. Its so discouraging when u try really hard and u feel like its not making a difference. Sometimes i feel like its because im not trying harder enough. But im sticking with it. I remember reading a motivational poster that said "its a slow process dont make it slower by quitting" and another one that…

I dont have a gym membership. I work out while my toddler takes her nap. If u kno any excersizes i could do at home that target my thighs that would be awesome. I just kinda made up my own workout routine so any input i get will help me feel more confident about it. Pretry much just squats and leg lifts right now.

Ive been doing 20 squats, 20 split squats, 20 laying leg lifts, 20 side laying leg lifts. I do 2 reps. I dont use a kettlebell or anything. Just my bodweight which is 128 right now.

So if u wake up at 7a.m. dont eat after 7p.m. i also talked to a pharmacist that read in a book that 90%of dieting is not eating 4 hours before u go to sleep. I think that number is exaggerated but if ur goal is to loose weight it might…

This recipe should be enought to fill up all 12 slots. Make sure to use those…
