While I boil the kettle or cook I do as many body squats as I can. It's an easy way to add in exercise. Also sometimes at the bottom of the stairs I drop down and push out 20 push-ups.

I'm 41 years young 5ft 5in weight 142 waist 30.5 hips 38.7 Would love to get my hips and waist down 2 inches each in the next six months with good old fashioned exercise and clean diet.

I think saying bulk would definitely be putting her off. Lifting heavy weights won't give her huge muscles, but it will give her more tone and shape and make her feel healthier and will burn more fat too in the process.

When you say you workout 5 days a week are you doing weights? I find the more weights I do the better weight loss I achieve - almost like the muscle eating the fat stores.

Well this is definitely the place to be! I wish I could work as a fitness instructor - instead I am tied to a computer 9 hours a day! Fortunately I cycle everywhere so that helps.
