That's what I am going to try today. Eat minimum carbs thru the day and eat a good supper so I'll be satisfied. If that doesn't work I'll up the calories for the week. Great advice! Thanks

I will be having an ablation done November 16th. I hope I'm successful with it. Didn't know the cramping would still exist

Yes it is.. So I know I can't make the cravings go away so to speak but it's just making me be off on my dieting for a week at least. I feel out of control almost. But it's like a battle in my head lol bc I don't want to eat bad but then I just end up doing it lol

SORRY IT DIDNT POST EVERYTHING.. I will eat good all day and then in the evening I'm snacking... Bad!

Thank you so much skinnyb! I try to log everything and I also try to be realistic. Everyday can't be a perfect day. If I have a bad day or week I just get right back to it. I know that I'm not going to lose it all overnight and I also know that I am going to stray here and there but if I do I just know I've got to bounce…
