I was blet o get a just under 2.5 total miles yesterday. I am nursing a couple blisters due to not wearing the proper socks. I would like to get 3 miles in today, we don't have anything going on tonight, my daughter likes to go with me! She always makes it better!

I don't have a treadmill at home but my work has a gym so this winter I plan on using it. It would be awesome if their treadmills have this. Thank you so much for this! I have started over on my food tracking as well and and yesterday was a shocker! I was well over my calorie intake. But it's a starting point and like you said it might be easier to see what I can fix after a week. On a good note I hit all my other goals yesterday! :smiley:
