Bump! I've only got 10 lbs to lose (5ft 7.5 inches, was 11stone 5 pounds at my heaviest, 9 stone at my lightest, currently 10 stone, goal is 9 stone 4 lbs). Definitely keen to share tips and successes and failures along the way!

Assuming you're on a computer, go to My Home then Goals then View Guided Setup. I've just done the same thing - I lost weight using the site and now I've gained loads back! Here's to second/third/fourth etc time's the charm!

As much as I agree with all of the above, to help with your initial request for meal suggestions I'd say: massive amounts of veg. I stay full on 1270 a day by eating the most enormous plates of steamed veg, alone about 200 cals but they're more like 450 when I've added a bit of carb, a bit of fat and a bit of protein. But…
