so i just checked and my goal a week is around 1500 so im going to try do 2500. im on 1200kcal a day, but thats only 400 below maintenance so i try and work out around 400 a day too. 3500kcal is a pound of weight so if the maths is right i should loose just under 2lb a week.

i think im going to worry less. thanks everyone for your advice. im not giving up my breakfast cookies cuz i loovee them :P and also i know ive had gluten free brownies twice in the last couple weeks but screw it. just didnt like seeing the red numbers haha

i have opened it, i know the protien bar was really high and wont be having it again, was trying to increase protien as ive started heavy lifting, cant win haha

Thankyou everyone for all your advice. I will be avoiding lifting for a couple weeks and when I attept it again I will get the gym instructor to show me proper form. Just wondered if it would be safe to do some ab exercises like sit ups ect as its ab day and breaking rutine often makes me relaps into being unhealthy again?…

I drank 4 bottles of hooch and when i logged it said i had had over 1000 calories! feeling pretty rubbish as i was doing so good :(
