was looking through pics on facebook and was blown away by the change, slightly different angles but oh well begin: After loosing 6lb: this weekend after loosing another 10lb, total loss so far 16lb: this has me motivated and im so excited to keep on my healthy journey :)

I started heavy lifting Tuesday and its supposed to be session B today. I swam yesterday and did a light cardio/yoga workout but my muscles are really sore today (I guess from lifting) is it safe for me to lift or should I leave it until next week?

AHH HELP!!
so i went to the cinema and had some krax, i had about a third of the box to be good and even asked the lady to weigh it. i think she had some trouble though as she said 0.290kg which would be about 100g i ate, i put that into mfp and it said that id eaten 440kcal worth, surely not?! i mean it cant of been more than 3 bags…

net intake 480kcal.. adivce needed!
So basically I exercised so much today that my net calorie intake is less than 500kcal. Im usually quite relaxed about eating back excersise calories but this seems a little rediculous. Still im not hungry and it cant hurt can it? Itdoesnt happen very often
