  • Thanks everyone. I went with protein works diet protein shake banoffe flavour. Its lush only 100 calories a serving, 27g of protein and less that 1g of fat and carbs. Thanks for all your help :)

  • oh and another cool weeks chalenge could be the 7 min workout challenge? bronze could be once a day for 7 days, silver twice and gold 3 times? you can get an app for it and its only 7mins but certainly isnt easy
