Thanks everyone. I went with protein works diet protein shake banoffe flavour. Its lush only 100 calories a serving, 27g of protein and less that 1g of fat and carbs. Thanks for all your help :)

Yes I definitely do this! I just do little thibgs each day and it gets more and more easy . @NotQuiteNorm heres my tips on working out :): you have to be clever about how you work out do HIIT only 2/3 times a week as its pretty intense so you need recovery time, then do different focus groups with the strength training never the same twice in a row, make sure you have recovery/ little to no impact workouts after…

im going to give it a go on sat/sunday, im pretty sore in the arms from yesterday plus have a beast planned this evening so will be sore in the legs tomorrow, im going cycling on sat but hopefully will be able to do it on sunday and if not def monday :)

yes i definitely agree with the public shaming, i was made to feel an idiot for asking abut sugar intake earlier. and a couple days ago when my net was low i was told to eat some icecream, very supportive!

oh and another cool weeks chalenge could be the 7 min workout challenge? bronze could be once a day for 7 days, silver twice and gold 3 times? you can get an app for it and its only 7mins but certainly isnt easy
