So basically I exercised so much today that my net calorie intake is less than 500kcal. Im usually quite relaxed about eating back excersise calories but this seems a little rediculous. Still im not hungry and it cant hurt can it? Itdoesnt happen very often

Soo....what's your question?0

If it doesn't happen every often and your bot hungry I don't see it being bad for you but if it's an everyday thing then it can become dangerous.0

This. I also favor ice cream as a solution, but you don't have to eat if you aren't hungry. If you're super hungry tomorrow, eat a little more.0 -
Have a treat or save the cals for treats on other days, like auddii says.
Occasionally, like truly rarely, is fine. "Sometimes" is probably not great. Regularly will definitely be a problem over the long term.0 -

I have this problem a lot. I do long course triathlon and long running races so I train a ton! It is not unusual for me to run or cycle for 4+hours on a Saturday or Sunday and I typically train 2 hours a day or more 6 days a week. I am suppose to eat 1900 to lose 1 lb a week and sometimes I burn 1900 a day. I struggle to feel good about eating back all those calories! I try to stay around 2500 and a little more (usually on the form of beer;) on weekends when I do my longest workouts. I am 5' 4" 40 years old and am 160 lbs currentaly and have a goal of 145-140. I would love to hear others advice too!0
