I essentually lost 10lb in just over a month then since then ive gone up and down up and down for about 6 weeks. Everytime I make a little progress I self sabotage. This friday I finally made my first target of being under 9 stone only to make the brilliantly stupid decision of eating 3 takeouts in as many days and now im back to 9 stone 2. Im getting very tired of this cycle and just want to make some solid progress withour messing it up fir myself! How do I stop this? :(

    What are you afraid of? Really think- are you worried about how you will feel when you lose weight, are you worried you are setting yourself up for failure and won't be able to maintain the lower weight? Self-sabotage is a mental issue- and until you bottom it out you won't make any real progress. Good luck and I'm sure you can do it :)
