I think distance is very subjective. What some call a long distance, for others is a walk in the park. I'd advice getting some walking books, a bottle of water and getting out there. Do what you can do and then try to increase it each time.

I get up early come rain or shine and walk for 20 - 30 mins. It's a good way to start the day. I have a Fitbit and I pay attention to it lots. The tea does not taste bad, I quiet liked it. However, I felt really bloated and needed the loo very frequently. It made no difference to my weight loss the few days I did it.
