I know when I was stuck at a certain weight for awhile I bumped my calories up for a few days and finally the scale moved. He's right because your metabolism does slow down the less calorie intake you have, sometimes you need to Shock it!

My thyroid test and everything came back normal to but being I have all the symptoms of hypothyroidism my endocrinologist just put me on levothyroxin and I've been on it for four days now and I feel a lot better! And my weight is coming down now it doesn't always show up in the bloodwork.

Sorry to say this but RUN as fast and far away from someone like this! I see all the red flags here and it's not good! I was married to somebody like that trust me when I tell you this!!! He's very controlling and he's trying to manipulate you into seeing what he wants you to perceive as normal there is a word for that…

Have your thyroid tested and Vitamin D, iron. That can really put the brakes on weight loss!

It's all in moderation, yesterday I made nachos I weighed everything. As long as it fits into your calories and macros you will be OK! You need to make more protein snacks more filling keeps your blood sugar level less cravings! I mix it up junk/ healthy lol

I'm 43 5"10 and SW 335 CW 260 my calories are set at 1900 per day for 1 pound a week weight-loss and I'm eating around 1,400-1,600 per day, losing around 2 pounds a week. I exercise 3 times a week doing cardio " recumbent bike". This week only been eating 1,100 cal a day I need to up that a bit, just not really hungry...…

Best way to curve the cravings is to eat more protein it keeps your blood sugar level because when you eat too many carbs it's spikes your blood sugar and that is what causes the cravings...

I never eat back my exercise calories, but I am struggling daily to get my calorie intake up" not a big eater". My RMR is 1,900 calories and I'm lucky if I clear 1,600 daily which is not good when you eat under your resting metabolic rate your body can going to starvation mode and start storing fat...

I have terrible problems with staying asleep, been using melatonin it seems to help some but I think mine is a hidden thyroid issue. Going to see the endocrinologist in the morning hoping for the best!

Google RMR calculator that's what you should be eating to keep your body up and running to full potential. I've been eating that and the weight is dropping, when I was eating under it I could not lose any weight!

Baby steps, first it sounds like you have an emotional eating problem I would talk to a counselor for that, second start logging everything you eat and drink if it goes in your mouth it gets logged, third I would start eating more protein that is going to help your appetite suppress and keep your blood sugar from spiking…

Go to google search for a RMR "resting metabolic rate" calculator that will tell you your minimum calories you should be eating just to live, make sure your organs everything is running at full peek.
