I'm in the same boat I loss 135 lbs and gained back around 60 of it "stopped smoking" so now I'm trying my best to get back on track I know the struggle but hang in there we'll get through this! π

Well we're not as active so I think eating around 200 calories less than your BMR would be okay but definitely not under 1200 calories per/day.

I have the same issue I get extremely hungry in the evening what I do find helps is protein shakes and boiled eggs.

I'm having the same issue...what I'm currently trying is eating closer to my BMR because I was eating way below that which slows down the metabolism.

I'm doing 16:8 and have loss 13 pounds no keto just eating at my BMR not exercising. I've noticed it's decreased my appetite. So yeah I would definitely say intermittent fasting works!

Even though you're fasting you still have to have at least a 500 calorie deficiency from your TDEE "maintenance calories".

I do 15:9 some days and other days 16:8 it all depends on how hungry I am that morning...I have noticed it's killed my appetite. Been eating a lot less calories but would still like to try and eat at my BMR.

I think it's because they are extremely lonely, the passion that once existed died out. Lack of communication and intimacy can really damage a relationship.

I had the same problem my weight stayed to a standstill for an entire month, increase your calories by 200-300 and that should get you back on track. If you're not eating enough calories and exercising you can actually put your body into starvation mode and it will store fat.

I know when I was stuck at a certain weight for awhile I bumped my calories up for a few days and finally the scale moved. He's right because your metabolism does slow down the less calorie intake you have, sometimes you need to Shock it!
