  • Ok, I was a little sore this morning, and got up a little late so I started out saying...I'll just do 1/2 of this now and 1/2 later. Well since my scale moved and I was already doing the workout, I thought "I DON'T want to do this later, let me just get it done!"

  • Hello! I started!!! Let's go!!! I entered the 30 day shred at Aroebics - genteral? What will you log it as? Is the idea here to just exercise everyday 30 mins minimum? Same exercise? Mix it up? Good luck all!
