Yes that's correct. Only what you consume, same as say a banana; weigh the banana itself, not the whole thing with the skin on.

Just sent you a friend request. As everyone above said, start small by logging and work your way up. It looks too much at the start but time will continue anyway so it's better to make a change now rather than say in a year's time 'I wish I'd started'.

The reason there are 2 is because it's more accurate to measure the amount of un-popped corn kernels as not all kernels actually pop and the ones that do aren't in equal size. So if you start with 32g of unpopped kernels, you could end up with 3, 3.5, 4, or 4.5 cups of popped corn. Just how exactly you do that with…

Finally not starting a year with a 'resolution'. Not because I don't think they are a good idea, just that I don't need one. I'm 1 year into my journey with another 6 - 8 months to go (before it continues forever for maintenance). I'm learning to like myself and discovering the person I think I was meant to be. This year I…

How fantastic!!, I wish I could do the same. Have tried to get lunchtime games of football (soccer) going but to no avail. Biggest problem is some moron scheduling a meeting that is 'unable to be moved'. Sorry but my health is more important, I'll read the minutes later but my colleagues don't think the same and forgo…

Oh oh, someone went to Daiso a few weeks back and forgot to post all her goodies. Loving my new chopsticks, food picks and smaller silicon cupcake molds (had the larger ones before). Have yet to use my onigiri boxes. No idea what to put inside them but will go back through this thread to get some ideas.

Both @BanksySJ11 and @toolzz have give great advice and I completely agree with both of them: it's a learning process. Log everything, even when you slip, learn what fits within your calorie/macro goals and don't beat yourself up when it's not perfect. The main thing is to keep going, one meal at a time.
