Click his name and click the "add friend" button. I use to love drinkin soda too until I boiled it to see what I'm actually putting in my body. Boil a can of soda and look what's left!! Water is so much better for you :) it keeps you hydrated, helps prevent sickness, keeps your mind right, and the list goes on!!

This is very good I agree. Just to add a little bit. Rest days are extremely important because that's when you're actually getting big or toning up. In the gym you rip the muscles. Well I have a few but I guess a basic one is olive oil, chopped garlic, cilantro, onion rings, BBQ sauce (let it all simmer in the pan), and then a nice juicy steak

Here's a small list of proteins. Eggs, salmon, dairy, and tuna (although not too much because of high Mercury levels). Not much but hope it helps and good luck!!
