Howdy! I'm back. After joining MFP in 2015 and losing 130 lbs in one year, I have come to conquer 60 lbs of regain. :s I deleted most of my friends years ago so I am starting from scratch. I'd love to find a supportive community that will help keep me accountable. Let's cheer each other on.

This morning: Egg bake (this week is onion, peppers, roasted tomato and mushroom), with half avocado, and sauteed chicken breast. Last week's egg bake was caramelized onion and maple bacon. Ate that on a tortilla. Other go-to breakfasts of mine include greek yogurt mixed with nut butter and chia puddings.

I like eating eggs with a protein (bacon, chicken breast, pork) sizzled in olive oil and half an avocado. Nom nom. It's what I had for breakfast this morning.

Got these at Publix last Saturday. I think they are YUM. I've had one every morning for breakfast so far. I love sweet and savory breakfast combos.

It's hard to say. I already know that I cannot trust my intuition to stop eating when I'm full. Send me on a vacation and I go wild. Hi Everyone. I started MFP back in March 2015. I lost over 100 lbs in one year. This past year I've lost about 17 lbs and have really stalled for the past 10 months due to my own lack of motivation and indulging far too often. Just got the Mocha Chocolate Chip Quest Bars from Quest Labs. These are my favorite so far.

I <3 Noosa. Honestly the 8 oz tubs are perfect. I tend to crave yogurt a lot and when I am not feeling greek I go right for Noosa. My favorite has got to be the lemon flavor. So tart.

There is no way to know. It could vary greatly depending upon the weights of each ingredient. For example: Could be a potato (220g), olive oil (14g), 2 large eggs (100g) = 443 calories OR Could be potato (475g), olive oil (28g), 2 extra large eggs (155g) = 830 calories Or even more. Oil can be easy to overindulge.

Pretty much all of it as I don't count daily walking as exercise. Nearly 120 lbs.
