I hate doing abs lol. I usually workout my core from other exercises that require your core engaged the entire time. However, on certain occasions I like to do hanging leg raises, crunch, bicycles, v ups, rolling planks, vacuume for 15 sec rest 15 for 5 min.

You need to change your workout routine every two weeks at least...it keeps your body guessing otherwise it adapts.

Honestly it's all about the nutrition. I like to think its 80% diet 20% gym. However, don't BS a workout. I want to die when I workout...but you need to kill yourself to be reborn.

Both. I usually just superset squats and weighted lunges. Both are key exercises for me.

You can burn fat and lift weights at the same time. High intensity workouts to keep your heart rate at your highest fat burning zone. Lots of supersets, reps, and cut your rest time under a min . Yea you can lose weight and build muscle at the same time. I did it. A good full body warmup I like to do is the rowing machine. A solid 500 meters should be enough to warm up. Also, I like jumping jacks.
