I believe its cooked rice though I would suggest using the add recipe option if you add things like butter or things of that nature. Sometimes you don`t know what additives are being used! I normally check the calories in a serving size. So if I eat about 1/4 of a serving thats negligible I dont bother to put it in. Thats normally a limit of 50 calories anything below that is not worth the effort. But if I eat 3 or 4 items that add up to lets say 40 each then I do add them individually.

I use the basis b1 but am going to upgrade to the basis peak. for now the b1 works really well basis is consistently rated as the best tracker around.

they are using different algorithms. MFP states that theirs is more accurate than the more commonly used one. I have to agree from experience using the calorie counter on the machine a fitness tracker and MFP.

I would suggest newbalance shoes which contain some additional support for the arch of the foot. At that weight fallen arches are common(I speak from experience). I would start out slowly with a slight decrease in calorie intake weaning yourself off of the overeating first. Get a baseline record of how much your intake is…
