  • You need a total body/core, strengthening/cardio routine. Here's your solution: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL02FA2D8699495237 Start slow. Choose 6-8 routines that hit upper and lower body. 1-3 sets, low reps (~6). Work your way up to more routines, sets and reps. Be careful, killer body ahead. B)
  • Pay more attention to the people who don't say a word. You know, the hot guy or gal in the coffee shop or market who sneaks a peek and smiles.
  • I'm confused. Let's assume 1 cup of dry multigrain oatmeal has 130 Calories, and 1 cup holds 500 oatmeal grains. Therefore, the number of calories per grain is 130 Cal/500 or 0.26 Cal/grain.   • Thanks all. A little more searching, and I learned that many fresh fruits (bananas, oranges, avocados, kiwis), and fresh vegetables (greens, peas, beets, tomatoes) and mushrooms are good sources of potassium.
