You don't have to post it for everyone to see. There are tonnes of vids on the interweb you can compare your form to.

No, it's more a general push towards the fact that exercise makes you hungry and it's equally if not more important to refuel correctly than to work out.

Yeah that's awesome! I bet you feel great! I know I do, I lost 10lb in 4/5 weeks. I love how some days I can wake and not be hungry, or be a little and just have a coffee with a shed load of double cream (read 100ml). Today I didn't eat until evening meal. Didn't need to. I've walked 4.2 miles to take my boy to swimming…

/\ I can't stress this enough. I was humping weight very well, but I realised I wasn't getting my *kitten* down. I adjusted to use proper form by dropping weight. I've recently started this programme again and I'm dropping properly. Bare in mind, today's squat was a measly 42.5 kg (I had knee surgery in September, couldn't…

I think we should have his mail address so we can help him. I felt grim for one day, then it was like a flick of a switch, bouncing out of bed. The best thing for me though is the fact that I'm less grouchy, I don't get angry because I'm not tired! The most insane things wound me up. I'm stressed at times but not bonkers.

Have a look at www.dietdoctor.com and www.ruled.me some good recipes for snacks and deserts too.

During football (soccer) I do 2X, as the season is now done for me I go back to 3X.

Pork rind, bake yourself or buy it in.

Bushmills, and lots of it.

I count whole, but minus fibre.

Keto friendly, bolognese, pizza topped chicken, curry, roast meat/bird, hunters chicken, aubergine (egg plant) pizza. All high sat fat and low carb.

Cheese, pork rinds, nut butters.

Bulletproof coffee.

Add more fat. You won't die of CVD. Remember exercise makes you hungry, not healthy.

Keto is easy! I love doing it. I keep carbs below 60g per day (watch out for cashews!!) and protein around the 0.8 per lb and fats are high up. One thing I don't get, carbs are a complex sugar (hence the insulin spikes) and yet some ketoers consume quite a lot of sugar, or at least appear to. Personally, I avoid sugar as…

Mehdi says you shouldn't get sore doing the 5x5. I do the same, and when I was squating 90kg I wasn't getting sore either. The prob I had was knee surgery. I've started from the beginning, as if I've never lifted before. It's tedious! I want to be chucking the weight and seeing gains, but I have to take small steps.

Well of course, it has to be a one size fits all application that may work for some and not others and a little guestimation to get the results you need.

Most of what I've read is 1g per lb of body weight. The exception is just hypothesis, there are no studies to support it.

Have a read of this. It gave me the impetus to stop wasting money on whey protein (which is a crap source of protein in its own right). http://bayesianbodybuilding.com/the-myth-of-1glb-optimal-protein-intake-for-bodybuilders/

I went out with friends last night and fell off the wagon a bit. Over did the carbs a touch when we went into one of my favourite pubs - a real ale drinkers heaven! I had two pints of moderately strong ale and I felt like I'd had 6 pints. I'm a cheap date if anything!

Love the backhanded compliments. I may disgust some of you, it's not my intention; I spend less time at the men's room and less time with the clear up. I can have a coffee with cream and I don't need breakfast. Before I'd have told you you were nut to suggest I miss a meal. What I am wondering though is if it's more that…

Instant coffee (kenko smooth) 30ml of whole milk and 10g of natural butter.

I have a few glasses of wine of a weekend. I love real ale, but it's basically bread in a glass/bottle. I think I maybe wheat intolerant. Since going keto I'm not bloated or suffer with IBS.

Hi, you need to show why it's dangerous. Not just link us to articles that push your ideal. Ive started eating keto, 6 months research before hand. Believe it or not, I eat more veg now than I did before. Basically, I don't eat veg grown below ground, excepting carrots and onions. I eat less than 60g of carbs per day. I…

It depends how you use it. I eat a shed load of the stuff as I'm doing a ketogenic diet. I get most of my calories from healthy fats and less than 1g of ideal body weight per day. Yes, it will raise HDL, this is not a bad thing.

Your body detoxes all the time, it's what your liver and kidneys are designed to do.

Fun fact: you can eat in deficit and still gain weight. http://bayesianbodybuilding.com/energy-balance-myths/ Fat loss is different to weight loss, it's possible to lose fat and gain weight.

Have a read of this, granted this article is talking of fat, rather than weight. Some good info here though backed by research.
