You should research some "christmas" traditions. I celebrate xmas for the funsies, just like most other people. I also celebrate Winter Solstice, which is the real reason for the season.

I do the same thing. I intentionally show up about 15 minutes early so I can have my reading time.

Besides taking my meds like I'm supposed to, I try to get as much sunshine and exercise as possible, and I find hobbies to occupy my mind. Sewing is my new thing.

<3 this thread. My collection is mostly old Motown, classic country, and 70's folk/rock with some new wave 80's thrown in there. I don't really buy any new vinyl; I mostly rescue them from thrift shops. Pretty sure this is what's on the turntable right now.

Not saying it's right, it's just true. I spend an unreasonable amount of time researching the person I will trust to work on me.

I take my meds and do as much self care as I can. I'm more focused on my teenage daughter's anxiety and depression.
