Company gift baskets
I'm in the process of creating our client gift baskets for xmas. I've purchased all the baskets second hand, and all of the treats and gifts were ordered from local makers on etsy. I just need an idea for a useful, non disposable packing and filling material. Any ideas?

Helmets are your friend
Just a friendly reminder that helmets save lives! My father-in-law wrecked his bicycle on Sunday. He was riding alone, must have hit a pothole and ate concrete. We went over the handlebars and blacked out. He doesn't remember the accident or the few hours after. His helmet was completely cracked and he has some road rash…

Fat Bikes
I'm curious to know who else fat bikes. It's certainly not my main form of biking (I'll always be true to my skinny tires) but it is so much fun and has made it so I can never use weather as an excuse not to ride. I have also gained a ton of confidence for mtn biking. Roll Call. I can't be the only one.

Parents of teenage girls
When your daughter has a menstrual issue do you call her pediatrician first, or find a Gyn? You probably opened this thinking it was about mood swings or messy rooms, etc. Please feel free to complain about your awful hormone monster eating all your food, and giving you all the dirty looks.

Rapha- Braver Than the Elements
Are there any ladies doing this around the world tomorrow? My local is in Boulder, and the weather will be snow with a high of 7 degrees. I'm afraid I will not be braver than the elements this year. I love winter riding, but I do draw a line at sub 20 weather.

Scariest Book Ever
I get much more creeped out by books than movies. Currently reading It and it's probably the scariest book I've read. House of Leaves, Bird Box, The Amityville Horror, and Something Wicked This Way Comes are some of my favs. Then there are other kinds of scary like The Handmaid's Tale, and 1984. What's your favorite?

Boss's Wedding
My boss is getting married this weekend and on the invitation it suggested that they want cash for their honeymoon. Seeing as how he knows how much (or how little, rather) i make, should I just get him a small gift and ignore the money suggestion? Honestly, I don't like the idea of giving my boss money. Seems really tacky…
