When your daughter has a menstrual issue do you call her pediatrician first, or find a Gyn?
You probably opened this thinking it was about mood swings or messy rooms, etc. Please feel free to complain about your awful hormone monster eating all your food, and giving you all the dirty looks.

Give her chocolate, walk away slowly, and don't make eye contact.1

I'd call her pediatrician. If needed they can refer her to a gyn.1

And good luck, this *kitten* not for the faint of heart.
Don't have to tell me! She's on about an 18 day cycle right now. THIS MUST BE FIXED0 -

Good lord I feel for both her and YOU! It should be as simple as putting her on birth control pills. I know, that sounds awful and the last thing you want to do but it will regulate her right quick.
I concur with this.. both my girls were put on low dose BC in their mid teens. Three women in the house is nuts around this time!
OP I would call the ped and get a referral. I am done with all this and I sure do feel for you! I hope she gets this regulated soon.1 -
Just called the ped and they want to see her right away. Now I feel like a loser mom for not calling sooner.0

Thanks, ladies!
Sometimes I call my mom just to apologize for my teen years.0 -
I had three teenage daughters. All grown up now. Wife took care of that stuff, I was just there to provide funds, transportation and to intimidate teenage boys.0

Heck, I just take out the trash and keep the garage tidy.
18 days... 28 days... math is hard !0 -
I too am in the belly of the dragon. She stresses me more sometimes than my 8 year old son!0

I would trade a difficult son over a difficult daughter any day.

Call PCP first. He or she will give you direction.

I'd call the doctor she normally sees.
