  • I use it in my protein smoothies. I just blend kale and frozen fruit with water and add a scoop of vanilla protein powder. My favorite fruits to blend with it are frozen strawberries and bananas. I also eat it in my salad and I love Kale Chips. You can buy them at walmart. Yummy.
  • Yum! I forgot to add whole grain tortillas to my protein list! They are a great way to squeeze in extra protein without the carbs. You will have to show me how you attached the picture. I was trying to do that earlier with the chopped cauliflower I found.
