I use a heart rate monitor and calorie watch to count my calories burned during exercise and one of my favorite ways to burn a lot of calories is at a football stadium (i happen to work right across the street from one). No medical reason, just want to make sure that I don't eat too much sugar because I thought it would make me gain weight.

Not sure about the science portion but just from personal experience I use to drink a diet soda or 2 or 3 everyday and now I completely cut out sugary drinks and my stomach feels so much less bloated

good to hear that it's normal! i have stayed the exact same weight for 5 days now...usually it will fluctuate a little but it's when it either stays the same or goes up and down by a lot at a time that it seems strange to me.
