I haven't fully figured out mine yet. But yes stress boredom and being let down or just having a too busy day. My problem is sugar and salt...one night I I binge two salads...and other foods but didn't even eat very unhealthy selections but the problem was the amount. It's like there is a hole I cannot fill!

Making my son laugh until he was breathless which in turn made me laugh until I couldn't breath as well...all from teaching him what an eskimo kiss is...haha hes 15 months old and a dream!

a friend once suggested a kitchen scale as weighing things out and being sure of portions...also is it possible your calorie deficit is too high...I would think you need more calories especially with all that activity. I'm no dr and I'm sure many others will have better more educated responses....just my thoughts

heyyy I started at 270 November 2018 and am currently 201 May 2019 and would like to complete my first goal of 170 by Sept ...for my best friends wedding...but after that the sky's the limit and would love to reach around 150 and learn how to maintain!
