It can destroy you. Don't do it ever again.

I try to workout exactly at 2:30 am 5 days a week. So yes it does matter.

Having to let go of Dunkin Donuts Boston Creme
-
requires toning all over.
-
underestimating calories/overestimating movement
-
That increase is too big to blame on one variable. How is your diet? Do you workout? How often? etc etc.
-
Besides protein shakes and green tea, nothing. I tried yohimbine for a month did nothing for me. Pre Workout: green tea +2 cigarettes. It gets the job done.

I am on the same boat except I am 17% bf. I increased my calories to 2000. Low carb 5-6 days out of the week which I think you are doing. 1-2 day refeed at about 3000-3500 calories. Lifting heavier than before, no rest, increased cardio. With this I am seeing more vascularity on my arms and stomach is starting to tighten.

40 carb/30 fat/30 protein.
-
Lose more weight. Start weight training.
-
Out of 5 days of dieting add 2 days of refeed or high calorie eating. It helped me restart my fat loss. I also increased the intensity in the gym (no rest during weight lifting, longer cardio, lifting heavier).

You can eat more and lose weight but you have to move more.
-
Its most likely water weight.
-
Dark chocolate, increase good fats.

Last place to go. Have to be super lean. Strict diet (500 deficit) and killing yourself in the gym.
-
divide your workout into half cardio half weights. Or alternate between weight days and cardio days. If you concentrate solely on cardio you will lose muscle mass not that you wont with weight training in a deficit. At least with weight training you will retain some muscle mass which will keep your BMR steady.

once a week.

Post workout: Protein shake Brunch: 5 eggs/tuna with spinach/EVOO Dinner: cooked chicken or 4 eggs/tuna with spinach/EVOO Snacks: Almonds/Protein shake Refeed Day: eat whatever.
-
If your lift are going up quite possibly. Too many variables.
-
Has nothing to do with your protein intake. Calorie in vs calorie out.
-
I do five days of low carb and 2 days refeed. Protein is constant. Increased good fats. Add me if you want.
-
I drink coffee and smoke during hard times. Keeps the hunger at bay for the time being.
-
2lbs/week that is optimal loss rate. Going any faster will do you more bad than good.
-
I used Isopure all my life but it was getting expensive. BB.com has muscletech on sale 2 for 1 for 29.99. Its not the best but does the job.
