Good for you.

Most disgusting food I ever had. No flavor, not spicy and bland ingredients.

It's to provide relief from the monotony of dieting. Refeeds are helpful if you are doing low carb or cyclical carb diets. I have found that during my low carb diet refeeds helped kick start fat loss. If you are lean trying to get leaner it is necessary IMO. For normal dieters just weigh your food, exercise and eat at a…

More of a coincidence than a physiological tell

Either you manually changed it, put in some sort of exercise or changed your activity level. It doesn't change by itself.

I tried IF didn't seem to make a difference. Couple of my friends used IF to get below 10% bodyfat. I am not that lean. In my opinion there is no need to do it unless you are trying to get super lean. Just stick to a deficit and move as much as possible.

what does Scooby assume about exercise? How many times a week you exercise and intensity.

So many comments on something so minute.
-
Just tell yourself you will look bad if you get fat. Then proceed to the gym.
-
As stated above, eat at a deficit, run, walk or jog.
-
Water weight. Keep eating at a deficit and working out. Give it time.
-
Elliptical says I burned 500. MFP says I burned 588. Give or take a 100 calories. Go with the elliptical but understand that is also a rough estimate.

You can try low carb for a week or two. However you still have to count calories and weigh your food. Open your diary to the public.

I went to several websites to estimate by TDEE which is conservatively 2500-2600. My calories are set to 2000. My BMR is 1800-1850. I have lost weight eating at 1700-2000 calories keeping protein high. I suggest you find your TDEE from various websites and then taking the average. From that subtract 500 calories and start…

Overeat and then fast for 18 or so hours the next day. It's the strategy I have seen fairly lean people use.

My diary is open. Feel free to browse.

It was a reward for walking your dog.

You will burn out and will have to start over again.

add a packet of splenda and you are good to go. It is one of the healthiest foods out there.
-
As mentioned above if you are able to increase your muscle mass via lifting while on a deficit you will increase fat loss.
-
I like that you are getting decent amount of protein. I have carb set below 50 and increased my fats to 100 or so but sourced from good fats. I think the ratios you have are fine. You can increase the fat and decrease fat it wont make a major difference. The main thing is to keep protein above 150 grams the rest you can…

Common sense is a rare thing.

Too late.

Keep working out 6 days a week and eating 1200 calories. Sooner or later you will burn out. For that much work you are eating little to no food. Your body is sending you a signal. Listen to your body.

I do low carb. Check out my diary. Food mostly consists of healthy fats, chicken and beef.

Good

Your protein intake is too low. The type of carbs you are consuming will not be benefitting you. You will pay for this eventually down the road.
-
Your BMR is not 1700-1800. I have 50-100% more lean muscle mass than you and my BMR is 1850-1900. Your base calculations are off and need to lower calories.

For me it's results driven. True or false I also believe that the harder you push the greater the results. Thus I keep on carrying on even when in pain.
